Katrina sings praises of Asin, Deepika, Vidya Balan

Bollywood beauty Katrina Kaif might be having a large number of fans, but the actress is impressed with acting skills of bindas Vidya Balan, Ghajini Girl Asin, and sizzling Deepika Padukone.

Deepika, who entered Bollywood with 'Om Shanti Om', is all set to sizzle silver screen with Love Aajkal. After watching Deepika's acting, Katrina turned her fan. Now-a-days Katrina is singing praises of her with open heart. Kat feels that Deepika will play a long inning in Bollywood.

In Katrina's opinion, Asin is a best actress. Asin's acting in Ghajini is superb. Katerina feels that Asin will shine as a big star in Bollywood and world will acknowledge her caliber.

So much so that Katrina is a big fan of Vidya Balan. After watching Parineeta, Katerina is impressed with the acting and style of Vidya.

Katrina Kaif in Rajneeti

The Bollywood siren Katrina Kaif will be seen in her forthcoming movie “Rajneeti” as Sonia Gandhi in a dramatic movie by Prakash Jha.

This movie is scheduled to be released most probably in January 2010 on the silver screens. Katrina has already delivered a hit of the year 2009 “New York” under the banner of “Yashraj Films”.

This time the moviegoers will wait to watch Katrina Kaif in her character role of Sonia Gandhi. In this movie, some of the all time performers like Ajay Devgan, Arjun Rampal, Ranjbeer Kapoor, Vivek Oberoi, Nana Patekar, Monoj Bajpai and G.K. Desai will join Katrina Kaif.

Prakash Jha has also written the story of this movie. Most of the locations of this movie will be take place in Bhopal.

Katrina says Aishwarya is an icon

Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif is new entry to fans club of Bollywood diva Aishwarya Rai Bachchan.

Katrina Kaif Too Busy for Govinda

Bollywood beauty Katrina Kaif is too busy for her one time co-star, the old schooler Govinda. Katrina Kaif has turned down a cameo role in the film, "Life Partner." The film stars Fardeen Khan, Genelia D'Souza, Tusshar Kapoor and Prachi Desai and tells a story of contemporary couples. Katrina was asked to do a cameo appearance opposite Govinda who is the only actor in the film without a heroine opposite him.

It seems like director Rumi Jaffrey jumped the gun and expected Katrina to take on the role since she had played a full fledged romantic role opposite Govinda in " Life Partner," and thought she would be excited to do the cameo. But alas, Katrina said she just doesn't have any time to spare for the appearance.

It wasn't a film that she was busy with. She is in London for her birthday and family reunion. The whole family is going to take a vacation together soon after. The director says they couldn't wait for Katrina because that would mean they'd have to delay the wrap up shoot since most of the movie has already been shot.

The producers Abbas-Mastan want to release the film in August without delay, so Katrina was no longer considered for the part. Instead they have gotten Amrita Rao for the film, who has been getting a lot of attention for her new sexy look.

Katrina Kaif might've wanted a new beat, considering Govinda has been around the business and then some. Still a young actress, and definitely a hot one, Govinda could be old news to her.
